The KielRegion combines the strengths of the state capital of Kiel as well as the districts of Plön and Rendsburg-Eckernförde. Neither thoughts or ideas nor people stop at the administrative boundaries. We share the belief that things go better when done together. Therefore, we are collaborating with experts from the administration, politics, economy and science on the topics of living, mobility, economy and science.
We are advocates for modern mobility. For us this includes the utilization of modern technology, the strengthening of the public transport, plus improving the (trans-)regional accessibility.
