The larger a startup becomes, the more important it is to define a clear company vision, mission and strategic orientation of the company and to harmonize the employees and their everyday work with it. Jens Buchloh successfully introduced the agile management method Objectives & Key Results (OKR) in his company ergovia over 2 years ago. It is the method that became famous through Google and is now also becoming more popular in Germany. Jens did not simply adopt this method 1: 1, but deliberately combined it with proven elements of his North German company culture - i.e. OKR in the Holstein way. 
He can describe from his own experience how he optimally unites projects and everyday work with his IT company via the strategic framework. The result is transparency for all, how the work interlocks and references the strategic projects. This gives support and creates a sense of togetherness for the entire team.
