My love for and my addiction to vinyl started in 2011 when I got my first own record player. I collected records -a beautiful source of musical inspiration and knowledge- out of dusty crates and soon after initiated the „Plattensonntag“ a regular meeting with friends who enjoy good music and food where everybody can bring friends and their favorite records to listen to. In 2014 I started my first tape-project „Ihr Funkberater“, released on cassette tape, followed by different other tape-projects. This opened up another dimension of record-collecting and led me to playing vinyl live on two turntables in 2017. So, playing live is a way to share my enthusiasm for vinyl and good music and maybe it can inspire other people. I will play a set that represents this journey and therefore can range from Jazz and Funk to Rap, Reggea/Dancehall and electronic music.
